Terms of use

Last updated 2 November 2026.

About these terms

These terms apply to the eshipma.com website and the eShipma app, run by eShipma, Pontianak, Indonesia.

For customer companies, prices, services and responsibilities are set out in the subscription contract. Where these terms and the contract differ, the contract applies.

Website content

This website describes eShipma and is not a binding offer. Features, prices and set-up time for your company are given in the demo or in a written offer.

App accounts

Accounts are created by the customer company's admin. The admin decides who may sign in, their role, and which vessels they can see.

Your password is for you only. If someone else learns it, ask your company's admin to change it.

What you may not do

When using the website or the app, you may not:

  • Try to open another company's data, or data not given to your role.
  • Disrupt the website or the app, for example with large numbers of automated requests.
  • Enter data your company has no right to.

Your data

Data entered by a customer company remains that company's property. How we handle personal data is explained in the privacy policy.

Responsibility for the vessels

eShipma helps record and remind. Keeping certificates valid and vessels maintained remains the duty of the shipping company, the Nakhoda and the KKM, under the regulations.

A reminder can arrive late, for example when a phone has no signal or notifications are turned off. Check the dates in the app as well.

Availability

We work to keep the app available at all times, but we don't promise it will be free of interruptions. Maintenance or a problem at a service provider can make the app unavailable for a while.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.

Changes and contact

If these terms change, the date above is updated. Questions can go to [email protected].
